Nia dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts. Nia is practiced barefoot, non-impact, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.
Learn fun and exciting dances to popular Bollywood songs. Inspired by the high energy music from Indian films, this class combines traditional Indian folk and classical dance with bhangra and contemporary movement. Steps are broken down to make for an easy and enjoyable experience every time! Class begins with a warm up of Bollywood dancing, followed by learning easy choreography that builds on itself every month, and concludes with a pleasant cool down. This class is suited for beginner Bollywood dancers as well as somewhat experienced dancers.
Indian Classical Dance
Dive deep into the dance and teachings of ancient India as you explore the graceful postures, footwork, mudras (hand gestures), and expressions of a dance form developed as a means to liberate the soul. The class begins with a dance and yoga warm up, followed by technique and classical indian dance conditioning, and ends with easy choreography. The beauty of this dance form is mesmerizing and captivating...a joy to experience and practice.
Learn the fundamentals of Belly Dance & more in a fun & supportive environment. Regular precise movement brings improvements in posture, stamina, flexibility and confidence. This class covers basic Technique & Middle Eastern rhythms along w/ combinations. For many, belly dance does not feel like the grind of normal exercise. It connects people to a place of beauty within themselves. No previous dance or aerobics experience is necessary. Wear whatever makes you comfortable.
Kirtan & Satsang
Satsang is a sacred gathering, a place where we come together as a community to nurture that Divine spark within. We use kirtan or inspirational music and chanting, guided practice and meditation to align ourselves to something more profound and healing for body, mind and soul. Open to all by donation.
Kids Dance, Yoga & Play (ages 5-8)
Bring your little ones for a fun time of dance, yoga and play! This class helps develop FOCUS, flexibility and coordination in this fun and active class. A great beginning level class for both BOYS AND GIRLS to develop their creative instincts! Kids engage in follow along dance routines, playful dance games, easy yoga postures, a group led stretch and a few minutes of relaxation.

80's Cardio Dance
Jazzy cardio, easy to follow-along moves with an 80's soundtrack - sure to get your heart pumping!
This class is accessible to movers of all levels, and offers intermediate to advanced dancers a challenge in exploring their movement expression. The group begins with a heat-building warm up based on functional movement, skeletal alignment, and modern/ballet/yoga technique. Then, dancers learn and work together through a unique contemporary dance phrase or sequence. The choreography portion of class offers an opportunity to explore one’s expression through contrasting movement quality, playing with weight shifting, and coordinating breath with movement.
Dance Cardio Workout
Dance your way into fitness! This dance-based cardio class will incorporate high cardio workouts, learning how to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, and an energetic Hip Hop or Jazz funk routine! Dancers will learn basic dance movement and technique, as well as rhythm, movement quality, and awareness of space. These cardio intense, captivating choreographed dance classes are created for beginners through advanced students. No dance experience is necessary, this class is suitable for all levels of dance fitness. Experience getting to work your mind and body at the same time!
Come join us in a traditional ballet barre sequencing with contemporary/alternative music. Focus is on alignment & initiating movements to create extension & space in the body while creating stability & flexibility. Great for those who want to realize their inner ballerina dreams in a supportive all inclusive environment. No prior ballet experience needed but intermediate or advanced dancers welcomed especially if returning after injury. The intention of the class collective is that ALL can benefit from the intelligent wisdom of ballet anatomy which follow the body's natural spiral energies to allow us to soar from the inside out!
Learn the fundamentals of Irish Dance technique with a fusion flare! We will explore traditional to theatrical styles with first a barre warm up that will focus attention on specific feet/leg placement before moving into the center. Steps such as "7's" & "Spring 2-3's" as well as single & double Irish skips will be taught & blended together to create dances of reels & jigs. No experience necessary. Ages 14 and up welcome!
Qi Gong - Morning Body/Mind Clearings
Ground your day and your practice with the healing and integration of Qi Gong (pronounce “chee gong”). Known by many names — Chi in Chinese, Ki in Japanese, Prana in Indian practices — Qi is the essential energy of life. Qi Gong is practicing directly with essential life energy. (Qi Gong is fundamental to Chinese medicine, and deep martial arts.) A mind & body clearing morning practice that will begin with body awakening Qi movements and will naturally finish in meditation. You may wish to reserve a time afterward for integration & transition to the day. Feel free to bring a journal for insights from the practice. Classes will grow chi awareness, capacity & presence over time. Yet, like the river, when you step in is the right time.

Hatha Yoga 1/2
Join Francesca for a morning alignment oriented practice that emphasizes the function of each pose over the outward form. This class will be based on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness, and listening to your body. Francesca offers modifications for poses and encourages you to inquire into your own inner thoughts and habits. Her style of teaching incorporates long holds, emphasis on the breath, and finding ease in postures.

Learn how to do what you thought was impossible, fly! This is a fun and safe way to push your body and mind to new levels of strength and ability. The class will consist of warm-ups, stretching, conditioning, developing technique, and building muscle memory on aerial silks/fabric. We will learn how to climb, foot lock, wrap, hip key and descend. All levels are welcome; instruction will focus on beginner and intermediate levels. No experience or prerequisites necessary. Please wear tight comfortable cotton clothes without zippers, belts or metal parts that could snag the fabric. Hair should be pulled back in an elastic band and jewelry must be removed.
